Below is a short version of a long story.

Let me explain a little of what our Goal is and if You can Help out.

Quick Summary: To Assist us Financially to Change the Laws in the United States Supreme Court in Regard to the Rediculous Poorly written Relocation Laws being inforced and causing FINACIAL DEVESTATION AND HEARTACHE TO DIVORCED AND SINGLE CUSTODIAL MOTHERS and FATHERS and those in this high Mobile socity that have choosen to Re-marry or Relocate and start new lives without controling non custodial parent trying to control there every move literally even in the same state,next town or next county.

THE CURRENT LAWS THE WAY IT IS ENABLES THE NON CUSTODIAL PARENT TO HAVE COMPLETE CONTROL OF THE CUSTODIAL PARENT THAT THEY CANNOT EVEN MOVE ACCROS THE STREET IN THE SAME TOWN WITHOUT A 60 DAY NOTICE AND IF THEY DO SO CAN BE IN JEPORDY OF LOOSING CUSTODY AND/OR CHILD SUPPORT PAYMENTS OR BE FORCE BY LAW TO STAY PUT OR LOOSE THE MOST PRECIOUS GIFT GOD GAVE US (OUR CHILDREN).

ITS TRUE IT HAPPENED TO ME.

I am dissapointed towards my x-spouse at his animosity, and revenge towards me and dissaprove how the current laws enforce unneccessary court battles, making up for millions of dollars in Court Cases and single mothers or fathers that are having to fork out thousands of there own dollars in order to relocate in there own state or even just a few hours away from the non custodial parent, if the non-custodial parent dissagrees, even If you do give the required notice. And Heaven forbid if you have to move because of a new Job opportunity that wont wait 60 days or your current housing or electric is not affordable and you want to move to a smaller place across town, maybe to the next town, or within the SAME STATE as happened to me, the whole process takes anywhere between 2-8 months of a major court battle and cost you money upfront. In the mean time you and your childrens lives are turned upside down and opportunities to better yourself and your childrens lives are gone.

Its time we change the law and make it so that these cases to not infiltrate and flood the court systems, while at the same time reduce the added stress and financial cost and allow Custodial Parents the right to relocate at least in the same state and start a new life after a divorce or seperation.

Our Family has went thru an extreme Financial difficulty in the Last 2 years.

My New Husband and I both went thru Divorces in 2004, In November of 2004 My Husband was rushed to the emergency room and diagnosed as a Type 1 Diabetic and became Insulin Dependent at only 34 Years old, One Month Later I had a Heart Attack at 40 years old and had a Stent put in my Heart.

In May of 2005 My Husband was offered a new Job with a Great Company in Monett Missouri, after working 10 years with Modot "Missouri Department of Transportation" in Jefferson City Missouri which had been on a Pay Freeze 4 years along with Increased Healh Care Premiums with less Coverage.

After Accepting the new Job, At that time In May of 2005 My X Husband became disgruntled and made a motion to the courts to prohibit relocation and a motion for Child Custody. Just because we moved 2 1/2 hours away, all the while he never missed any periods of visitation

This had been one of the most traumatic Times in my life and my Childrens lives. In the end I did get the courts permission to relocate, but in order relocate they used my Child Support as a bargaining tool, and my X-husband was no longer obligated to pay Child Support for his Children. Instead My New Husband now has to support them. My X Husband got even more Visitations than before. I know Thousands of other people are going thru the simular circumstance. My Lawyer said that it is a terribly and poorly written law and it probably wont change unles someone who has been directly affected does something about it. Like Me he said. But He also said unfortunatly the majority of the people dont have the finances or want to deal with all the presure of it all so they do nothing... Well Im going to personally see to it so that I can help someone out there from ever having to go thru the terror of loosing there Children, Child Support or living in seperate towns from there new partners or spouses because of and Angry, Vindictive, Controling X Non Custodial Parent. They Currently have the control, We do not want to take Non Custodial Parents rights away from seeing there children and that must be protected. I have a plan to submit to the US Supreme Court and it will work. I will be posting it on this website and keeping you up to date.

We will donate 10 Percent of the Proceeds to a Special Friend of Mine. A Pastor and his Wife and Children who have a Ministry Called the Lake Ozarks Childrens Home. also known as the Ranch for Christ. They Currently take care of over 23 Foster Kids, have adopted Several of them. They spend there whole lives helping others and preaching the word of God and changing childrens lives that had no hope and that were rejected or taken away from their parents. No refunds once your pixel block is accepted and put on the main page.
No obscene/offensive/adult images/links will be accepted.
If your link is accepted and you later change the content of the linked site to show offensive/obscene/adult material then your link will be removed until you provide a new one, and you will not get a refund of any kind for the link downtime.
