[ Payment schedules for projects above USD $1000 can be negotiated ]. This down payment will be fully refunded, should you not be satisfied with our services. Payment Methods : VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, PAYPAL, CHECK, MONEY ORDER Our marketing and design experts will begin the project by establishing your design brief [ If you don't already have one ] through specific questionnaires we have prepared. They highlight the following : Nature of Company Corporate Goals and Marketing Strategy Current Image vs Target Image Target Clientele Competitors Design Preferences Others . . . This information helps us gain a deeper insight to your requirements, and helps us create an image most suited for you. Clients often find this very helpful in refining their own company goals and ambitions. Once your brief is established, our designers get to work on developing the first concepts. You will be provided with a series of concept designs to review. Files will be sent to you via email or uploaded onto our server. Our unique process of design feeds onf the energy of your feedback, and together with the creative input from our designers, we develop the overall concept of the designs. It is this 'collaborative effort' in design that makes our final designs so special. This process keeps going on until you are completely satisfied with an overall concept. The Options Phase refines the chosen concept. Focusing on the finer details of design. Again, our designers listen to your input, advise, and insert their own creative ideas. The project is only considered complete when you are completely happy with the designs. We will work with you for as long as it takes to get things perfect. At this point, the final designs are finalized, a final invoice is sent to you electronicaly or by phone. Depending on which payment method you are using you will be directed to our Secure Shopping Cart Site located at our Design Site Freshelegance.com. If you are sending us a Personal or Business Check it will need to clear our Bank first. If Paying by a Credit Card you can do this yourself at our Secure Shopping Cart Site, or we can do it manually via the Phone or Fax. We do not accept personal information such as credit card numbers in any form of email for security issuses. All transactions are either completed thru our Shopping Cart or by Us Via Phone or FAX. Once payment is complete, you will be provided with the final files in almost any format required. Please refer to individual project types for types of final files provided. The final files can be downloaded from our server, and also sent to you on a CD if requested. [ An additional surcharge will be incurred if delivery is required by courier service like UPS or FEDEX. ] All our designs incorporate a 2 Year Guarantee. This includes : Minor changes to designs [ Contact Details ] Resizing of designs to suit extended needs Alternative file formats Liaising with your printers for print related projects to ensure that the designs are printed to our exact specifications Advice on all issues related to the designs Advice on third party services that you may require [ printers, web services, other designers etc ]
